- Hi Tired Guy,
I can relate to the tired - I work full time and am starting an ecommerce store for my jewelry. Problem is, I know plenty about jewelry, but absolutely nothing about websites and how the work, how to optimize, etc., etc., so I am working like crazy to get up to speed. My question to you is: How do you make a blog work for your ecommerce website. Is the blog actually attached to your website? Do you insert it as a "page"? I am so clueless about this stuff it's embarrassing. I just placed an ad on this site looking for a webmaster to help with the development. I paid a "professional" company to build the site, and they did about 90% of what they promised to do, and then dropped the ball. Their "tech support" leaves something to be desired. You ask them about meta tags or optimization and you hear crickets chirping... Anywho... if you ( or anyone else, for that matter,) could tell me how the blog thing works I would sure appreciate it. - Thanks for the add Tired Guy. What programming languages do you know? I program in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and PHP. I'm still learning FlashScript and AJAX though.
- Thanks for joining the Internet Business and Marketing Group.
